No! LevityPlus Multivitamin already has the six ingredients of our popular Levity Mood Elevating Formula combined in its formula. LevityPlus also has 29 other key vitamins and minerals included to give you a great, full-range daily formula for maximum well-being!
How many tablets of LevityPlus Multivitamin should I take daily?
You need to take the three tablet dose of LevityPlus each day to get the dosages listed on the label. The formula is split equally among three tablets for ease of swallowing. Due to the mega dose levels of nutrients in LevityPlus, it would be impractical to cram them into one huge pill that would be too large to swallow.
How long will a bottle of LevityPlus Multivitamin last?
Each bottle contains 90 tablets, which equals a 30-day supply if the full dose of three tablets per day is taken every day.
When should I take the LevityPlus Multivitamin dose?
Since the dose is split equally into three modest size tablets, you have the option of taking them all at once (as most people choose to do) or taking a single tablet at three different times of the day. To avoid any potential stomach upset, take tablets with a meal or shortly after a meal. For best results, take them earlier in the day. It's not recommended that you take the dose (or portion of the dose) late in the evening, since many of the nutrients provide energy that may disrupt sleep if taken too close to bedtime.
Can I take LevityPlus Multivitamin with other supplements?
It is possible to take the LevityPlus Multivitamin with other supplements, although we designed it to be a full-range daily vitamin. You may choose to include specialty supplements like herbal products, essential fatty acids, etc. to target a specific need.
What size are the LevityPlus Multivitamin tablets?
Each LevityPlus Multivitamin tablet is actually in a caplet
shape (not round), and they are very modest in size-about 3/4" long and 1/4"
thick (height and width). Like our original Levity Mood Elevating Formula,
they are
coated with with natural cellulose for a slick surface for ease in swallowing.
